Oh he's not a happy human is he.
We use our private vehicles to respond, at our full cost and my boot is full of kit.
The spare is not in for a bloody reason - all the electronics for lights/sirens/radio live under the boot
No time for miserable people in my life.
I spend large amounts of life in my car, quite happy to spend cash on making it a nice place to be
