This OPC has been bought by the Sytner Group or Snotner Group as I like to call them.

Guess I’ll scrub any thought of ever visiting this OPC again.

Just booked in for an oil service (6th March earliest date) - thought there was something up when I tried to ring Monday- said they were having a change over!
What's the problem with Sytner Colonel?

I’ve not found much right with them yet! My local OPC is Very snobby and unless your spending millions with them a new car purchase even at a £100k you’re really just a peasant.

Service centre has always been good though but that’s easy money’ for them 🤣

I think Sytner have a different practice on deposits. The usual £3000 for a Macan on initial order but then require this to be topped up to 10% at time of lockdown.

I’d say that reflects badly on the Sales Manager and OPC Principal. :(

Years ago Frank Sytner used to race in the Touring Cars championship, and when interviewed I totally disliked his attitude not only to other racers but also to the interviewer.

Hence I labelled his car group Snotner and vowed never to give that Company any business.

When it was posted here a few years ago about top up deposit to 10% at Lockdown that confirmed that all they are interested is cash and Customer Service is a low priority.

Thank goodness I have two OPC’s within 30 minutes of me who are great.

As “vows” go, that’s a pretty simple one not to break! 😂
