2018 T’s are being advertised mid £70kish, that’s pretty good on the depreciation front for your T 👍
On that note, 992 GTS can be had under £100k now. Yeah, this example isn't from an OPC, but the option is there if you wanted to get into 992 GTS.

What's the depreciation on that? £30k in just over 2 years?

Alternatively, here is a 2023 GTS, at an OPC, with a high spec (aerokit...mmmmm) at £115k

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-detail ... dh&fromsra

At a guess that's getting on for £140k spec today. They must have taken at least £20k hit in less than a year! Madness.
It’s incredible isn’t it!
I keep an eye on 992’s particularly the huge new stock available and nearly all Carrera’s (T,S and GTS) are generally discounted for new stock. The only outlier is C2 which are nearly all over list.
Still value to be had with moderately specced used C2 but arguably a GTS that’s taken a £25k hit in 12 months May be a good buy?
The sub £100k one above is a manual to be fair.

That feels like a reasonable increase Simon in 6 years circa 3.5% a year.
Agreed, Arif. I wasn’t meaning to say it was excessive. It’s just that some folks on here (possibly in this and other recent threads) have been implying that Porsche prices have increased unreasonably in recent years. As you and Andreas state, my example of price increase since 2018 does not seem too bad, when compared to general inflation over that period.

Is that OPC prices?

I think I’d get closer to £60k for mine, with nearly 53k miles & various mods. Not that I’m selling! ;)

So if you got £60K for yours it would have lost £30K (roughly 33.3%) over six years, that's good going. I am at 25% depreciation on my Macan at 18 months old, although I accept it is above average mileage and had £12K of options. Proves the point that 911's certainly hold their value better than Macan's, and lightly optioned cars will fair better.

Off topic I know, but how comes your AT Price tracker still works. Mine stopped working a week or so ago. Are you using a different browser or the dark web maybe?

I got an error message the other day which suggested that Autotrader had disabled the Chrome extension AT Price Tracker as it introduced adverts.

Same here, have you found a work around? It was an interesting feature that I expect the traders who advertise on AT where not keen on.
