I look forward to seeing your pictures when you collect your car!dammitjanet wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2024 9:42 pmHonestly, when I specced mine I took a gamble based on pure feel, and I think the Agate accents look pretty good against the CRM

Did you send that wheel away to be re stitched or is it a new wheel? If new wheel, did it need to be coded to the car?Kleynie wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2024 9:47 pm Whatever colour you choose make sure you get either carbon or black sideblades and black door handles, I feel like both colours need that as a contrast.
My GTS is a gen 1 but I was always disappointed that the steering wheel and gear gaiter did not have the red stitching like the dash, doors and seats. I put that right last week by replacing the wheel and gaiter. Not sure what the new Macan with contrast stitching get?

Love the way your car looks, makes me happy to look at this bright red colour. Great idea with adding the red stitching!Kleynie wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2024 9:47 pm Whatever colour you choose make sure you get either carbon or black sideblades and black door handles, I feel like both colours need that as a contrast.

The T gets the side blades, roof spoiler and front grill in Agate Grey. You do get silver stitching on the steering wheel and seats, but only if you chose the T interior, which I have replaced with black leather.

It is a completely new wheel. No coding required and everything just worked, including the heating.Jon A wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2024 10:05 pmDid you send that wheel away to be re stitched or is it a new wheel? Having looked at a few photos online of the Papaya T - it’s beginning to grow on me personally. Do think the accents would look much better in gloss black on either colour … not helping … I know.

Yes.
Plus it feels slippery. Odd I know, as you'd think it would be more grippy than standard smooth leather. It's not.
Don't be tempted.
