Is it too early to change back to summer tyres? When do you guys seek to change - if you run two sets.

Once the air temperature is continually over 7C. Generally March to October, but it depends where you live.

I put mine on 1st December and took them off the 1st March this year as I’m not planning any more trips to Andorra. But in the UK I mainly stay in the South

I'm stunned that you invested in winter tyres WITHOUT knowing this...... and isn't it in the FM? :)

I was thinking this today, prob change mine this week.
June 2017 Macan GTS in Carmine red with 21” gloss black sport classics, GTS leather package, Air, PASM, PDLS+, pano roof, Sports Chrono, 18 way seats, BOSE, surround view, heated seats front and rear, carbon side blades and carbon interior package.

I tend to use the UK clock change, last weekend in October to last weekend in March, as a trigger to change summer to winter and visa versa. This seems to generally match when daily average temperatures drop to around 7deg C.
Now - Macan Turbo (MY20), Mamba Green/High Gloss Black :D

Mine are being swapped Tuesday but then I am South Coast
