Documentation received with service

Can somebody please confirm what documentation you receive from OPC when having a service. Just had mine done and never received any text audio of the car being inspected, as was suggested when I dropped it off, and the invoice just includes the tyre tread depths. Perhaps if there are no advisories you don't get anything. Do you not get any checklist showing what has been checked and/or confirming that things like antifreeze, coolant, lights, brake pads etc etc are OK? First Porsche service so don't know what to expect, but this is what I got with BMW.

It seems to vary from dealer to dealer.

I sometimes get a video of the inspection but not always. I have also been asked if I want to actually be there during the inspection. I did have a "look underneath" once.

I would expect a service report with items ticked for what they have done, at the very least.

Sorry, I don't remember, not had this one serviced yet and the paperwork went with the previous one when sold. I did get links to video walk rounds though for oil and 20k dealership visits (Sheffield OPC).

Had oil service last week, offered to view the car via inspection area, didn’t bother but probably will at 2 year inspection.
Free health check, video sent to my phone.

Detailed invoice supplied.

Service book stamped and campaign updates added.


Complimentary wash and vac including tyres dressed, I have to say probably the best one I’ve had after a service.

Probably a bit more Neil, WAB is correct, bought car from JCT600 Teeside, I live in Newcastle so used them. For the oil service as I was told no difference which OPC I used 🤷
