Chip is within 3mm of the screen edge. I am awaiting to hear if it can simply be just a repair. This demontrator has been through the wars in its 4000 mile life they've collected two other £500 first losses already.... broken fog light & dent in rear door. At this rate they'll be able to repair the vehicle for free without making a claim!

That does seem a bit steep. Hopefully it can be repaired.
