As I was walking out the door on Saturday the postman arrived with another invitation to Silverstone.
Courtesy of Portsmouth Porsche, where I bought my Boxster a couple of years ago.

Well I'll certainly go again, but this seems like a wild card invitation, they don't know I've got a Macan on order so trying to tempt me with something.

Anyone had this before?
And what should I chose to have a blat around in?

Go for it!

In the diesel S I managed to get the instructor to make a grab for the steering wheel going into a corner as he didn't think we were going to make it (he didn't get to it in time and we went around it fine), no faith LOL
In the Turbo S I got told off for trying to get the back end to step out around the last corner (where you have to look at the tree to get around it) with a bit of over aggressive throttle action Embarrassed
Having said that my mate (who was looking at buying a Turbo S, hence me having a go in it) managed to get it onto the grass at one point LOL
