Which Dealership gives the best customer service?

There is variance between OPCs.

E.g. Reading (on a Turbo) wanted a £3k deposit on placing the order topped up to 10% of the total price on lockdown.

Wolverampton want £5k to order a Turbo but no extra on lock down.

Probably other variations out there.

I have ordered Macan Turbo, Diesel (which I subsequently passed on), and a Macan GTS, and all of these only needed a £3k deposit with the balance to be paid on collection of the car.

Chester were 10% on lock down for the Turbo.

Just wondered if us guys are getting a better experience from Franchise dealers rather than Porsche OPC's. Leicester are part of the Syntner group. They are friendly and professional and well versed about the product. Always return your calls and emails and when you visit, first name terms, plenty of coffee and time for a good chat.

We visited Leicester to view different wheels etc, when we were in the area and they were very friendly.

But we had already placed order at Solihull, however they were and have always been brilliant, to the point where my wife said that's what buying a car should be like!

She also had a test drive recently and was treated great, and no pressure at all afterwards, conversation ended with let us know if you want it again!

But what I noticed was as post above and Solihull is also Sytner

Tom from Leicester phoned today and asked how I was enjoying the GTS. Just little things like this make all the difference. Top marks again for Leicester.

Nottingham are spot on - Martin Hudson and Brett are top guys.
They couldn't be more helpful to me, and have been great. They've got a customer for life with me.

For the record on Porsche Reading I received this from SE David Bell back in 2015 "We are part of the Porsche Retail Group of 5
centres owned by Porsche AG. The
Porsche GB HQ is next door." I never met him but he seemed pleasant enough.

Brett and Martin (business manager) at Nottingham have been superb. Collected SD last week and couldn't speak highly enough. From test drives to talking my son (7 years old) through the rear climate control they have really made my first Porsche a special purchase. Would highly recommend. In fact took both a bottle of bubbly today when collecting my autoglym kit. Also felt compelled to talk to dealer principal about the fantastic service we have had since first enquiring back in February.
