10mph click noise

I have a clicking noise at exactly 16 km/h (10mph) when starting ,just once.
It's not from the doors locking

The click from 10 mph (15 km/h) identified.
Turned on engine mount from Piwis and the result was that click.
Removed the engine mount plugs, did the road test, the click disappeared.
Tampons are to be replaced.

why does the engine mount turn on and off - is it active? No idea how it works but curious!
