PCC app - no more remote lock?

Ok i can see a few occasions where it can be useful. Also think that bit i got from the manual is only when you have entry&drive.

I will live with remembering to push a button on my key that I have done since I was 17....

You must be a youngster. Most of my cars needed the key inserting into the door lock to open

Not that young. Yes I remember those days now you mention it.
That's when we had 4 wheels and steering wheel and some pedals. No options or extras.
Age has caught up with me and have forgotten lots
