New GTS on its way

Cayman 981S to Macan GTS and yes I still miss the Cayman BUT the Macan lis a great car and a great drive for what it is. However, no matter how sporty its credentials it is not a sports car and doesn't come close to the involvement of a proper sports car.

There is a lot to love about the Macan and I don't regret buying one but would have loved to keep the Cayman too.

Hi Guys. Thought I'd say hello, impending GTS is between Grimsby (think thats right ?) and Aberdeen. Very nervous as my beloved 981S is going to have to go due to "dads taxi" duties picking up various teenagers that won't squeeze into a Boxster. Hoping to see it in the flesh on Friday ,has anyone moved from a Cayman or Boxster into a Macan GTS ? Trying to get excited but the 981 has been awesome and i'll be sad to see it go.

My Porsche journey has been slightly different to yours. First one was a Macan. Then changed to a 3 year old 991.1 Carrera and now awaiting my third Porsche! I found that the 911 wasn't quite practical enough for my family (daughters aged 15 and 21) so have now bought a new Panamera 4, hoping it will be the ideal mix of 911 DNA with luxury seating for four all wrapped up in a sporty GT saloon! It's currently like yours, en route from port (Sheerness) to OPC (Tewkesbury).

I'm picking mine up on Friday.
