What is the general opinion of ordering the now available black headlights on a black car??
Do you think it will make a black Macan pimpish?
I think with the dark tinted rear lights and monochrome exterior package it might be OK.
Don't really like either of the new wheels for a black car, still sticking to 20" silver coloured wheels.
Tempted with 21" but hate the X5 ride on 20"

You need to drive a Macan on 21" then as the ride is exemplary and no one on here who opted for them on either air or springs seem to have complained. The car is super refined on 21" and I think they make the car.

Remember the 21" Sport wheels will come in GT Silver colour. Like you Gleneagles, I am not too keen on black or the Platinum coloured wheels...

Also 21" wheels are light in weight so should perform better on handling. There is a right up on here from someone who spoke to a Porsche driver..

The Black headlights will look amazing on a black Macan. I can't wait to see one in the flesh as it does not show properly on the 3D configurator.. Also with the 4 spot DRL in the black it will look great!

The rear tinted lights - I am not too sure... £300 and it's not much difference. I don't mind the red but the tinted rears on a black Macan would look better I am sure if you had two black Macan's side by side, one with and one without..

Black Headlignts - are you what we used to call " a rudeboy"?!

Did you used to drive around in a lowered 3series BMW with a boom box sound system?

Just looked at mine and while it is jet black with gloss black trim & privacy glass, the car still has plenty of chrome trim details. The chrome in the lights help tie together the badging and my shiney 21's. So if the intent is to go total stealth, I can see the black lights being important.

Please go to the Porsche website and build your car. Code 8SB for rear lights is £308, 8EE is xenons with PDSL in black for £1347.
Hope this helps you and then ring your Porsche centre and tell them!!!
They do talk garbage at times.
More product knowledge required!!!
