If you're after a Macan GTS, there's another thread on here where an OPC has one or two build slots for a GTS before the factory shutdown...

I have to admit I was surprised, past experience with Porsche has been zero discounts, the April build slot was my main decision to order though, I was expecting a much longer lead time.
Not long to go now, suppose I should think about selling the SVR.

Don't want to put a damper on your new order but I was at my local OPC yesterday and was told that the Macan facelift due later this year will be very significant. OPC didn't go into too much details but did said that the dash will be fully electronic a la the Panamera and new Cayenne and we'll see a choice of the 3.0 and 2.9 engines.
Hope I haven't spoiled anyone's day.

To the casual observer I don’t think the facelift will be anything that I would class as “very significant”. It looks like the biggest changes will be a wider pcm screen with the central air vents moved down below the screen, probably a strip across the boot, probably revised petrol engines. I guess there maybe a couple of new colours and different wheel styles.DandyDon wrote: ↑Sat Apr 14, 2018 10:59 am Don't want to put a damper on your new order but I was at my local OPC yesterday and was told that the Macan facelift due later this year will be very significant. OPC said it would be a 99% change so that seems like a full update rather than a mid term cosmetic change. Maybe Porsche have been pushed into something more than they’d like to do at this time in the Macan’s life based on the recently revised Q5 and good reports on the Stelvio and the Volvo XC60.
A new platform? That's a new one I've never heard. I suspect that OPC knows about as much as the rest if us then if they think thatDandyDon wrote: ↑Sat Apr 14, 2018 6:41 pm OPC said it would be a 99% change so that seems like a full update rather than a mid term cosmetic change. A facelift is just that, same platform and basic car - probably new engines (reduced capacity and fewer nasties out of the exhaust) and the well documented bigger PCM touch-screen like the Panemera.....cosmetics in the details but the same car underneath.
