Hi Smithy , sorry to hear about trouble with your car, a poor and inept treatment from dealer.
Thing is am thinking of ordering face lifted Macan S, very soon, and comeing from BMW (fancied a change) who.s service has been impeccable over last 15years or so, just got me thinking, will I get service I am used to, or standard you are getting (or not!!!)
If I may ask who were you dealing with before problems IE Salesmen. Initials will suffice, no probs if you would rather not disclose.
Hope you get sorted sooner rather than later. keep posted
