Tewkesbury OPC closing due to the Coronavirus

Post by robbie321alan » Mon Mar 23, 2020 5:24 pm

Hi all, Just had a call to cancel my oil change tomorrow as our local OPC in Tewkesbury is closing tonight until further notice. Assuming Porsche UK has asked all other OPC's to do same to protect staff and customers.

I just put my 981S in to my local OPC for service & MOT tomorrow. I yet to get a text or call from them about closing. Maybe I'm in Scotland.

I’m due at Tewkesbury on 16 April but haven’t heard anything yet apart from seeing a fb post last week trumpeting their continuing working.

As the work due is the recall and the blocked drainage channels so let’s hope it doesn’t rain too much before they open again - whenever that may be. Could have a very wet car. 😱😰

Just had an email to say that JCT600 are closing all their showrooms from tonight, a reduced service dept will still be operating, with preference given to NHS staff, who becoming increasingly important to the whole country.
